We want you to love your Chelsea Peers loungewear, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags still attached.

Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging and include the completed returns form inside the parcel to ensure timely processing.
Choose a Carrier
Select your preferred local courier through our portal to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for paperless drop-off.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
